Case Management

GTS, working closely with Unisys Corporation, helped implement a bold new approach to client case management at Nassau County in New York. Applications were developed with Microsoft Windows .NET and SQL2003 - a single set of functional applications fully integrate all of Nassau's seven Health and Human Services agencies. When a client enters Nassau's Uniondale, Long Island facility, he/she will be able to access all HHS services available, with electronic referrals for any and all agencies. All case records are stored electronically to maximize productivity.
