By booking an appointment, visiting novadental.com, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply in addition to, not in place of, any consent forms you sign in-clinic prior to treatment, and to every patient regardless of how the appointment was booked.

If you are booking on behalf of a minor or dependent, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

Hanford Laser provides general and aesthetic dentistry, including consultations, cosmetic treatments, and routine care, delivered by licensed practitioners.

Information published on our website, including treatment descriptions and before/after imagery, is for general guidance only and does not replace an in-person clinical assessment.

You must provide accurate medical history and keep us updated on any changes. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.

Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, may incur a fee up to the value of the reserved slot.

Repeated late cancellations may result in a non-refundable deposit being required to secure future bookings.

Treatment fees are confirmed in writing before any procedure begins, and any changes to scope are re-quoted before we proceed.

Payment is due at the time of service unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance. We accept major cards and offer instalment plans through our finance partner for eligible treatments.

Insurance coverage varies by provider and plan, so please confirm your benefits with your insurer before booking. Refunds for cancelled treatments are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

While we take care to ensure information on this website is accurate, Hanford Laser makes no warranty as to its completeness.

Nothing in this section limits liability for clinical treatment, which is governed separately by your signed informed-consent documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanford Laser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes arising under them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
